All jumping castles are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or maintenance issues. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the local currency and may include applicable taxes. Full payment must be made before delivery. We reserve the right to update prices, offers, or product details at any time without prior notice.

4. Delivery & Setup

We provide delivery and professional setup at the agreed-upon location and time. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the setup area is safe, clean, and accessible.

5. Safety & Supervision

Our castles are designed with safety in mind, but adult supervision is required at all times while the equipment is in use. JCastle is not liable for any injuries or accidents due to misuse or lack of supervision.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related rescheduling is allowed at no extra cost.

7. Liability

JCastle is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use of our products or failure to follow safety guidelines. Customers are liable for any damage caused to the equipment during rental.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
